Make an encrypted archive
One file with your readings, baselines, contacts and settings — compressed, then locked with your passphrase before it is written. The passphrase never leaves this device and is never stored, so if you lose it the archive cannot be opened by anyone, including us.
Restore from an archive
The file is checked and its contents listed before anything is written, and a damaged or altered file is refused rather than partly restored.
Free up room
Removes only the history the app can do without — heart strips, the event log and the session ledger. Your weigh-ins, baselines, contacts and settings are untouched. Make an archive first if you want to keep a copy.
Archives are written on this device and never uploaded. Account sync is separate and controlled on the permissions page.
