One UI keeps an exclusive Bluetooth bond with Galaxy Wearable, so a browser can never read the Watch 7 sensor services directly. The relay reads them on-device and publishes them to this console over your local network.
Set-up guide — five stepsbuild, install, start, link
1 · Build the relay
Open the native-relay/ folder in Android Studio (JDK 17). It contains two modules: wear (Galaxy Watch 7 sensor reader) and phone (LAN publisher).
2 · Install on the Watch 7
Run the wear configuration on SM-L315F, then grant Body sensors and Physical activity. It samples heart rate, inter-beat intervals, SpO₂, skin temperature, steps and battery at 1 Hz.
3 · Install on the S25 Ultra
Run the phone configuration. It receives frames over the Wear Data Layer — the same channel Galaxy Wearable uses — so no Bluetooth permission is needed in the browser.
4 · Start the relay
Tap Start relay on the phone. It shows ws://<phone-lan-ip>:8787/pulse and keeps a foreground notification so Android does not kill the socket.
5 · Link this console
Tap Find & connect below. The console scans your Wi-Fi for the relay, links it, and resumes it automatically on every load.

Connect the relay
Start the relay on your phone, then tap once. Everything else is automatic.
Keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi with the phone relay running. The relay creates its own access token the first time it starts; paste the whole link it shows and the token is picked out for you. It stays on this device and expires here after 90 days of disuse. Rotate it any time on the phone (Rotate access token), then Reset relay token here and paste the new link.
