Connect an AI assistant

Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant to Body-PulseX and it can look up your setup sessions, plan and shared dossier links for you. It signs in as you and only ever sees your own data.

Connect your assistant

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Apps (Advanced) and switch on Developer mode, reading the risk notice shown there. If you cannot see it, ask whoever manages your ChatGPT account to enable it.
  2. Open the new-app dialog.
  3. Type Body-PulseX as the name and paste the address above into the URL field.
  4. Check the box confirming you want to continue — ChatGPT shows that warning for every custom app, not just this one — then choose Create.
  5. Switch Body-PulseX on from the chat box, then ask ChatGPT something about your readings.

Claude

  1. Open the add-connector dialog — the name and address are filled in for you.
  2. Check the details and choose Add.
  3. If nothing is filled in, open Claude's Connectors page, choose Add custom connector, name it Body-PulseX and paste the address above.
  4. Switch the connector on from the chat box, then ask Claude to use it.

Claude Code

  1. Run this once in a terminal:

  2. Start Claude Code and type /mcp to check Body-PulseX is listed. It will ask you to sign in from that menu.
  3. Ask it to use Body-PulseX.

Any other assistant

  1. Open its settings for custom or remote connectors.
  2. Create a new connection.
  3. Name it Body-PulseX and paste the address above.
  4. Finish any sign-in prompt it shows.
  5. Switch the connection on, then ask the assistant to use it.

After the app changes

Assistants remember what Body-PulseX could do when you connected it. When the app gains something new, refresh the connection.

ChatGPT

  1. Open the Plugins page and select Body-PulseX.
  2. Scroll to Information and choose Refresh.
  3. ChatGPT cannot change an existing app's address. If the address above is different from the one you used, delete the app and add it again.
  4. Start a new chat and ask it to use Body-PulseX.

Claude

  1. Open the Connectors page and select Body-PulseX.
  2. Refresh or update the connector.
  3. Claude cannot change an existing connector's address. If it changed, remove the connector and add it again.
  4. Ask Claude to use Body-PulseX.

Claude Code

  1. Start a new session — it picks up the latest on connecting.
  2. If the address changed, run claude mcp remove body-pulsex, then the command above again.
  3. Ask it to use Body-PulseX.

Any other assistant

  1. Open its connector settings and select Body-PulseX.
  2. Refresh, reload or reconnect it.
  3. If the address changed, paste the latest one from above.
  4. Start a new chat and ask the assistant to use Body-PulseX.
